Refund and Cancellation Policy

Courses

All course fees are non-refundable. Each course has a set schedule of lessons, of which the dates are listed in the course listings on our website.
It is not possible to substitute, reschedule or partially refund any missed lessons due to circumstances out of Turning Earth's control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event that we have to cancel a lesson, we will reschedule the lesson on a different date.

Cancelling course bookings
‍Course fees are non-refundable once the course you are enrolled into is sold out or when it has already started. It is important that you are sure that you can attend the complete course before you can book your place. If you are no longer able to attend your course, please do let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Note that we will only be able to issue a refund if we can find another person to take over your place on the course.

Missing lessons
‍Our courses are structured in weekly progressing steps, so it is imperative that you are sure that you can attend all course dates before you book a course. It is not possible to reschedule a missed lesson to another date - we do not have spare places on any of our courses.

This same policy applies to lessons missed due to illness or self isolating.

Studio Memberships

Membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. It is not possible to refund or partially refund fees covering a period of membership that has already expired or that is expiring at a future date.
'Pay Monthly' membership contracts can be cancelled by giving the studio notice at least 1 month in advance of the billing date. If cancellation is requested before the minimum contract commitment has expired, an early cancellation fee of £50 will be payable.
